Performance
The Palisade has an eight-speed automatic transmission and a 3.8-liter V6 engine that boasts an impressive 291 horsepower. Steering wheel-mounted paddles enable a small amount of manual shifting to your ride. Although front-wheel drive is the only option on the SE trim, all-wheel drive is available on all other trims. When equipped with the trailer package, the Palisade reaches a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 pounds. According to EPA estimates, the front-wheel drive models achieve a fuel rating of 19 MPG in the city and 26 MPG on the highway, whereas the all-wheel drive models reach 19 MPG and 24 MPG, respectively.
Design Highlights
The new Hyundai Palisade comes packed with many useful features, including automatic LED headlights, proximity key entry, and privacy glass. An acoustic-laminated windshield helps you enjoy quiet drives around Stevensville, and dual automatic temperature control keeps you comfortable. A 12-volt outlet and heated auto-dimming side mirrors with LED turn-signal indicators provide convenience on the go. Numerous paint schemes are available, including shades of black, silver, burgundy, and white.
Safety Features

Trim Levels
The SE is the most basic configuration in the Palisade lineup. It features a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 4.2-inch driver display. You can enjoy in-dash navigation, dynamic voice recognition, and Bluetooth connectivity as you make your way to St. Joseph. SiriusXM satellite radio, Wi-Fi hotspot technology, and Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration keep you connected and entertained. The spacious interior has enough room for up to eight people, with second-row bench seating and cloth surfaces throughout the cabin. 18-inch alloy wheels also come standard.
The SEL trim features several enhancements, including wireless device charging, a hands-free smart liftgate, LED taillights, and digital key technology. Its design sports premium H-Tex seating surfaces, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, LED interior lighting, and silver roof rails. It has enough seating capacity for seven people with the option for eight.
The XRT trim features a dark front grille, exclusive 20-inch XRT wheels, and a unique lower bumper and door garnish. A conventional sunroof also comes standard. The Limited trim adds leather-trimmed seating surfaces, heated third-row seats, power-folding second-and third-row seats, a dual-panel sunroof, and a second-row captain's chair layout. The Calligraphy trim adds premium Nappa leather seating surfaces, an ergonomic driver's seat, and exclusive 20-inch alloy wheels. For a more sumptuous experience, the Calligraphy Night trim features a dark chrome front grille and rear bumper, dark premium seating surfaces, black roof rails, and 20-inch black liquid wheels.
